ROOF ALGAE - Streaking and Staining

Does your roof look dirty or stained. And maybe it's pretty new - might not even be over 3-4 years ago you had it replaced!  The culprit is ALGAE growing on the shingles.  The 'dirty' look on your shingles is NOT dirt, but rather a living organism that is growing, forming black discolorations that mask your shingle's color.  These streaks make your roof look old and worn.  This is particularly a big problem in our area (Coastal Virginia) where the humidity is high.

UGLY ALGAE on your roof/shingles?

Are you tired of seeing that ugly streaking on your shingles?  Algae is the cause. When black algae streaks take over, it not only looks terrible, it also makes your house appear old and dirty, and reduces the curb appeal and value of your home.

Coastline Construction llc is proud to say they are now offering the ATLAS Roofing System .
Select Atlas shingles are manufactured using the latest in algae-resistant technology, so you will never need to worry about streaking again–ever. Atlas shingles featuring Scotchgard™ Protector is the best assurance of built-in long-term algae and stain resistance.
