What is the most Common mistake homeowners make when hiring a contractor?

HOW TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR -What's the most common mistake most homeowners make when they hire a contractor? They play the lowest bid game. But that can be an invitation to disaster. Getting bids and finding the right contractor are two entirely different things. Often the lowest bid means the cheapest materials and shoddy workmanship. Construction is the most hazardous place to work in. There are plenty more risks like overhead lifting equipment shifting heavy loads, supply vehicles, dumper truck or painful and disease of the blood vessels, nerves and joints, triggered by prolonged use of vibratory power tools and ground working equipment… That’s why safety is the most important thing to care about. Thanks for sharing such useful information!
